Legal & policies

Shop policies, consent, and privacy basics.

Please review these policies before booking. They help Mild 2 Wild provide safe, professional service and set clear expectations around appointments, consent, pricing, privacy, and aftercare.

Important noteSome services require consultation or staff approval before scheduling. If anything changes after you submit a request, the shop will confirm next steps directly with you.

Policy 01

Booking requests are not final confirmations

Online requests and phone-intake leads give the team the details needed to follow up. Appointment times, staff assignments, final pricing, deposits, and required consultations are confirmed directly by Mild 2 Wild before an appointment is considered booked.

Policy 02

Tattoo consultations, age, ID, and consent

Tattoo services may require a consultation, valid government-issued photo ID, signed consent forms, and artist approval before scheduling. All tattoo services must follow applicable Ohio law and shop policy. The shop may decline or reschedule work that cannot be performed safely or legally.

Policy 03

Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows

Some services may require a deposit to reserve time. Deposit amounts, cancellation windows, rescheduling limits, late-arrival rules, and no-show policies are confirmed by the shop when the appointment is finalized.

Policy 04

Health, safety, and service suitability

Clients should disclose allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, recent procedures, injuries, pregnancy considerations, or other health details that may affect nails, hair, spa, aesthetics, or tattoo services. Staff may recommend a different service, patch test, consultation, or medical clearance when appropriate.

Policy 05

Pricing and service scope

Published prices may be starting prices or estimates. Final pricing can vary by design complexity, hair length or density, product usage, tattoo size, placement, detail, add-ons, and staff recommendation. The shop confirms final pricing before service begins.

Policy 06

Product sales and aftercare

Product availability, ingredients, and aftercare recommendations may change. Clients should follow staff-provided aftercare instructions and contact the shop with service-specific questions. Website product information does not replace professional advice from the service provider.

Policy 07

Privacy and communications

The website and phone intake may collect names, phone numbers, emails, requested services, preferred staff, timing preferences, and notes so the business can follow up. Client details are used for scheduling, customer support, service records, and related business communication.
